One of the things that stops me posting here is finding the time to write something sufficiently insightful or interesting to warrant a post. But at the same time I’m constantly coming across stuff that I find inspiring or worth sharing so I’m trialling the idea of some quick links that overcome the self imposed pressure of writing a ‘proper’ post.
I love it when I discover something that makes me think wow, why didn’t I think of that. That’s how I felt when I saw ‘How to talk to children about world art’ in the bookshop at the Horniman Museum. The guide has questions and answers about thirty amazing objects from Africa, Asia, Oceania and the Americas.
Loved the Guardian’s Guides to the Ancient World, not least the gorgeous covers.
Very disappointing that Governments at a UN meeting voted to remove sexual orientation from UN Resolution Condemning Extrajudicial, Summary or Arbitrary Executions.
